Team Leader: an international expert in public administration of the sphere of support for SME with experience of participation in similar projects (at least 2 projects) as a team leader. Must have higher education in area public administration, economics, management, or related field, DBA/MBA degree (preferably); At least 2 years of experience in projects on process improvement and operations reforming in public sector organizations; At least 5 years of work experience and knowledge in area of improvement of competencies and increasing productivity of entrepreneurs; Experience in management and implementation of complex institutional projects. Knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage.
Key Expert 1: an international expert in public administration of the sphere of support for SME with experience of work as an expert in similar projects.
Key Expert 2: International expert, with at least 5 years of experience in development of the theory and methodology of support for SME.
Key Expert 3: International practitioner, with at least 5 years of experience in SME activity, having knowledge of needs of SME for support from the state.
